Country Living with city convenience

Two of the lots, one in Phase 1 and one in Phase 4 have water wells that have served the neighboring farm for many years. Gravel quarries approximately 1 mile to the north west also have had large quantities of water in their quarry. Although there is no way of guaranteeing sub surface water, it appears that wells will be a viable alternative within this development.

All lots in Phases 1 & 2 are serviced with City of Saskatoon water through the Highway 41 Water Utility.
