Country Living with city convenience

Work is underway with the various municipal and provincial government groups to bring treated water to the Development.  Cherry Hills Estates Ltd. is a member of the Highway 41 Water Utility, Box 178, Aberdeen, Saskatchewan. Lot purchasers are encouraged to participate in the Water Utility.

The Development consists of four phases with ten lots in Phase 2 being available for purchase at this time. Phase 1 is now complete and all lots in this phase have been sold. Phases 3 and 4 will be offered in the future. The lots are fully serviced and the access road and internal collector road has been constructed. Several houses have now been completed in Phase 1. Please refer to the site plan for further details.

SaskPower, SaskEnergy and SaskTel will be expanding their services to include Phase 2.

The Lots in Phase 2 have been surveyed and will be clearly marked by the end of April 2009 and can be viewed at any time. Realtors are welcome and the lots are MLS listed by HomeXpos Real Estate Inc. (306-924-5700)
